Symptoms

PowerProtect 数据保护存储设备用于通过虚拟机 （VM） 直接引擎保护 vSphere 环境。正在执行文件级恢复 （FLR），但工作流无法装载 NFS 导出。PowerProtect 界面“JobsSystem JobsJob > ID>”中的系统作业错误详细信息显示：

ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.mydomain.com'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or review the log files at /var/log/brs/vmdm for more detailed information to troubleshoot the issue.

Cause

Data Domain 凭据的密码已更改，必须在 PowerProtect 中更新。
