Symptoms
iSM 5.1.0オペレーティング システムのDUPは、インストールが、または以前のiSMバージョンからのアップグレードは正常に完了したが、バージョン5.1.0がインストールされていないことを示します。そのため、OpenManage Enterprise (OME)やWindows Admin Center (WAC)などのDellカタログ ツールでは、ホストが非対応であることが常に示され、iSMのアップグレードが提案され続けます。
Cause
Windowsがインタラクティブなデスクトップ ユーザー インターフェイスを持たないServer Coreモードでインストールされている場合、依存関係が存在しないDUPインストール コード自体に障害が発生します。
Resolution
MSIパッケージ形式のiSMインストーラーは、手動でインストールすることも、問題なくアップグレードすることもできます。
Dellエンジニアリングは、iSM 5.1.0オペレーティング システムDUP A01リビジョン(ファイル名: Systems-Management_Application_GCXFN_WN64_5.1.0.0_A01.EXE)により、この問題が修正されます。
OMEやWACなどのカタログ ツールを使用している場合は、必ず最初にカタログと同期してください 23.04.14 2023 年 4 月 14 日にリリースされました。
