Symptoms
O DUP do sistema operacional iSM 5.1.0 indica uma instalação ou os upgrades de uma versão anterior do iSM são concluídos com sucesso, mas a versão 5.1.0 não está instalada. Portanto, as ferramentas do catálogo da Dell, como OpenManage Enterprise (OME) e Windows Admin Center (WAC), sempre indicarão que o host não está em conformidade e continuarão oferecendo upgrade do iSM.
Cause
A falha está no próprio código de instalação do DUP, com uma dependência ausente se o Windows for instalado no modo Server Core sem interface do usuário interativa da área de trabalho.
Resolution
O formato do pacote MSI do instalador do iSM pode ser instalado manualmente ou atualizado sem problemas.
A engenharia da Dell também lançou a revisão DUP A01 do sistema operacional iSM 5.1.0 (nome do arquivo: Systems-Management_Application_GCXFN_WN64_5.1.0.0_A01.EXE) que corrige esse problema.
