ECS: Fabric alerts not reported in ECS UI

Symptoms
There is a lack of events or errors in the UI. On the below example the last UI alerts was on 2024-01-04 (current date 2024-01-17):
Running the below command shows that there are no fabric events. Only object type alerts in the last 14 days:
Command:svc_rest_cmd /vdc/alerts/
xDoctor shows below ERROR:RAP180 - Issue with fabric alert sequence detected
Cause
This issue is linked to a Service Console (SC) issue which resets the fabric sequence when run on SC 8.2.0.0 or 8.2.0.1. This then causes UI fabric-related alerts to stop being reported.

Reach out to ECS Technical Support and note this knowledge article for a solution to be implemented.
