スキャンを開始する前にバーコード スキャナーがあらかじめバーコードに照準を合わせている場合、バーコードを正しく認識しないか、バーコードをまったく認識しない場合があります。
Cause
RCCソフトウェアの問題が原因です。
Resolution
対処方法:
スキャンの初期化中にバーコード スキャナーがバーコードに向けられていない場合、後でスキャナーをバーコードに移動すると、バーコードは適切にスキャンされます。
この問題は、古い RCC v4.2.77.0では発生しません。
解決方法:
この問題は、2023年8月にRugged Control Centerアプリケーション バージョン4.6.48.0がリリースされたことで解決されました。
