Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 應用裝置用於保護 vSphere 環境。正在設定 VMware 應用程式感知保護原則，以保護Microsoft的 SQL Server 虛擬機器 （VM）。Microsoft SQL Server VM 系統組態工作失敗，並顯示結束狀態，ABV0025表示無法註冊 PowerProtect 代理程式服務。

ABV0025: VM Direct engine is unable to configure protection for the virtual machine 'my-sql-server.my-domain.com' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com'.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete protection of this virtual machine because the protection configuration was unsuccessful.

 Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or export the job logs and review the log files for more information. If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Cause

發生損毀情形 agents.clb 防止 MSAPPAGENT 服務更新認證檔案的加密箱。

Resolution

移除現有的 agents.clb 加密箱，因此會在 Microsoft SQL Server 上重新建立新的加密箱。

  1. 從 services.msc 或命令提示字元：
net stop agentservice
  1. 將 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox 的內容移動到另一個目錄。
  2. 從 services.msc 或命令提示字元：
net start agentservice
