Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 一体机用于保护 vSphere 环境。正在配置 VMware 应用程序感知型保护策略以保护 Microsoft SQL Server 虚拟机 （VM）。Microsoft SQL Server 虚拟机系统配置作业失败，其退出状态ABV0025指示它无法注册 PowerProtect 代理程序服务。

ABV0025: VM Direct engine is unable to configure protection for the virtual machine 'my-sql-server.my-domain.com' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com'.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete protection of this virtual machine because the protection configuration was unsuccessful.

 Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or export the job logs and review the log files for more information. If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Cause

以下位置存在损坏 agents.clb 阻止 MSAPPAGENT 服务更新证书文件的密码箱。

Resolution

删除现有的 agents.clb 密码箱，因此在 Microsoft SQL Server 上重新创建新的密码箱。

  1. 从 停止 PowerProtect 代理程序服务 services.msc 或命令提示符：
net stop agentservice
  1. 将 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox 的内容移动到另一个目录。
  2. 从 启动 PowerProtect 代理程序服务 services.msc 或命令提示符：
net start agentservice
