Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 어플라이언스는 vSphere 환경을 보호하는 데 사용됩니다. Microsoft SQL Server VM(Virtual Machine)을 보호하기 위해 VMware 애플리케이션별 보호 정책을 구성하는 중입니다. Microsoft SQL Server VM 시스템 구성 작업이 실패하고 종료 상태가 ABV0025되어 PowerProtect 에이전트 서비스를 등록할 수 없음을 나타냅니다.

ABV0025: VM Direct engine is unable to configure protection for the virtual machine 'my-sql-server.my-domain.com' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com'.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete protection of this virtual machine because the protection configuration was unsuccessful.

 Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or export the job logs and review the log files for more information. If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Cause

Resolution

기존 제거 agents.clb lockbox로 변경되어 Microsoft SQL Server에 새 Lockbox가 다시 생성됩니다.

  1. 에서 PowerProtect 에이전트 서비스를 중지합니다. services.msc 또는 명령 프롬프트:
net stop agentservice
  1. C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox의 콘텐츠를 다른 디렉토리로 이동합니다.
  2. 에서 PowerProtect 에이전트 서비스를 시작합니다. services.msc 또는 명령 프롬프트:
net start agentservice
