PowerProtect: 검색 노드 또는 보고 노드를 새 vCenter로 이동하는 방법

PowerProtect Data Manager Elastic Search 데이터베이스에는 처음 배포된 vCenter의 메타데이터가 포함되어 있으며 새 vCenter로 이동할 때 업데이트해야 합니다. Elastic Search 데이터베이스 인덱스(index_vmdirect_infrastructure_node)를 infranodemgmt 명령줄 유틸리티로 업데이트하여 새 vCenter Server를 반영해야 합니다.

  1. InfrastructureAsset >Sources 아래의 PowerProtect Data Manager에 새 vCenter 자산 소스를 추가해야 합니다.
  2. SSH를 통해 PowerProtect Data Manager에 연결하고 관리자 계정으로 인증합니다.
ssh admin@<my-ppdm.mydomain.com>
  1. 환경 변수를 셸에 로드합니다. 
source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env
  1. 등록된 검색 및 보고 노드 목록 가져오기: 
/opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get
  1. 출력에서 vCenter 업데이트가 필요한 검색 및/또는 보고 노드의 "노드 ID" 값을 가져옵니다.
  2. 새 vCenter를 사용하여 노드 ID를 수정합니다(노드 ID를 작은따옴표로 묶음). 
/opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt modify -node_id '<infranodemgmt-Node-ID>' -vcenter_hostname <my-vcenter.mydomain.com>
  1. 등록된 검색 및 보고 노드 목록을 가져와 업데이트를 확인합니다.
/opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get
