現象:

  • UIのロードに時間がかかります。
  • ローカル コンピューターのBIOSからレポートを作成することはできず、少なくとも1つの値を変更するようにという警告メッセージが表示されます。
  • ローカル コンピューターからのBIOS設定はロードされません。

Cause

この問題は、BIOS v1.1.15以降で修正されたCPU ucodeのインテル セキュリティ脆弱性に関連しています。この変更により、UIがBIOS設定にアクセスしたときにタイムアウトが発生し、ロードが遅くなり、値が読み取れなくなります。

Resolution

Dellエンジニアリングはこの問題を認識しており、修正プログラムであるDCC v5.0.1.3、A00以降へのアップデートをリリースしました。
