由于安装了 OSM 的服务器上不包含 ePSA 诊断程序，因此在必须执行系统诊断程序时，必须下载可启动的 ePSA 映像并启动至。ePSA 诊断映像（psa.img — 自解压 Windows 归档文件epsa4303A20.exe中）可从 R670/R770 eSupport 站点下载： 适用于 R670 的 ePSA 或适用于 R770 的 ePSA

有两种方法可使用下载的 ePSA 诊断映像。

选项 1：

1.从上面的链接下载图像。
2.从 Windows epsa4303a20.exe自解压归档文件中解压映像。
3.利用第三方实用程序创建可引导映像。即 Rufus、imgburn 等。
4.利用 Boot Manager 启动至 USB。
5.运行诊断程序。

选项 2

  • 利用 OSM 虚拟介质通过以下步骤直接启动映像：
  1. 在浏览器中打开系统的 BMC IP 的 OSM url https://XX.XX.XX.XX/，然后登录。
  2. 选择 Operations-Virtual> Media-Add> File选项并浏览到 psa.img文件，选择 Open ，然后选择 Start以装载和激活虚拟介质
  3. 选择 Operations-Server> Power Operations-Reboot>选项以重新启动服务器
  4. 选择 Operations-KVM>选项，然后按 F11 键进入 BIOS Boot Manager
  5. 选择 One-shot UEFI Boot Menu 选项。然后选择“vFlash Media File_Stor_Gadget”以启动至步骤 2 中映射的虚拟介质
