Symptoms
当 Windows Server 中的 DSM iDRAC Service Module （iSM） 服务启动时，可能会注意到 SSL 证书意外地从个人存储中消失，如证书管理控制台所示。此已删除的证书可能已安装并需要其他可能失败的第三方应用程序或服务。
Cause
当 iDRAC 配置与 Windows 中设置的主机名完全相同的主机名字符串时，会出现此问题。在服务启动时，iSM 会查询 Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller （iDRAC） 的 SSL 证书，并在个人存储中创建 iSM Web 证书以与 iDRAC 共享，从而建立安全的通信通道。一旦 iSM 服务停止，它会删除 iDRAC 证书，但在下次服务启动时再次复制它。问题是 iSM 可能会意外删除在本地创建且必须使用 Windows 主机名的其他证书。这与 iDRAC 后面的域名或 Windows 主机名是否不同无关。
Resolution
戴尔工程部门将在未来的 iSM 版本中解决此问题。
同时，建议将 iDRAC 主机名重命名为与 Windows 主机名稍有不同的名称。这首先在 iDRAC 设置连接网络>通用设置的 iDRAC Web >>用户界面中完成。更改 DNS iDRAC 名称 ，然后单击应用按钮。
