Symptoms

iDRAC Service Module (iSM) 5.4 en ouder kan geen SupportAssist-verzameling uploaden naar Dell. De volgende fout kan worden weergegeven in de logboeken van het besturingssysteem:

UploadSAFileHandShakeRequest: Failed after Max number of retry, returning
SupportAssistUploadToDellFUSServer : File Upload HandShake API failed in [2] request,

 

Cause

Dell heeft de functie voor het uploaden van SupportAssist-verzamelingen beëindigd vanwege het buiten gebruik stellen van de ontvangende servers binnen Dell Technologies.

Resolution

Als de Technische support van Dell een SupportAssist-verzameling aanvraagt, krijgt u instructies voor het handmatig uploaden van het rapportbestand.
