Symptoms

iDRAC Service Module (iSM) 5.4 og eldre laster ikke opp en SupportAssist-samling tilbake til Dell. Følgende feil kan vises i operativsystemloggene:

UploadSAFileHandShakeRequest: Failed after Max number of retry, returning
SupportAssistUploadToDellFUSServer : File Upload HandShake API failed in [2] request,

 

Cause

Dell har avviklet funksjonen for opplasting av SupportAssist-samlinger på grunn av avvikling av mottaksserverne i Dell Technologies.
