Symptoms

iDRAC Service Module (iSM) 5.4 och äldre kan inte ladda upp en SupportAssist-samling tillbaka till Dell. Följande fel kan visas i båda operativsystemloggarna:

UploadSAFileHandShakeRequest: Failed after Max number of retry, returning
SupportAssistUploadToDellFUSServer : File Upload HandShake API failed in [2] request,

 

Cause

Dell har fasat ut funktionen för överföring av SupportAssist-samlingar på grund av att de mottagande servrarna inom Dell Technologies är inaktiverade.

Resolution

Om Dells tekniska support begär en SupportAssist-samling ger de anvisningar om hur rapportfilen laddas upp manuellt.
