Symptoms
iDRAC Service Module （iSM） 5.4 和更舊版本將無法將 SupportAssist 集合上傳回 Dell。在任一作業系統記錄中可能會看到下列錯誤：

Cause
由於 Dell Technologies 內部的接收伺服器已退役，因此 Dell 已淘汰上傳 SupportAssist 集合的功能。
Resolution
如果 Dell 技術支援部門要求 SupportAssist 集合，他們將提供如何手動上傳報告檔案的指示。
