Symptoms

iDRAC Service Module （iSM） 5.4 及更早版本将无法将 SupportAssist 收集上传回戴尔。任一操作系统日志中可能会显示以下错误：

UploadSAFileHandShakeRequest: Failed after Max number of retry, returning
SupportAssistUploadToDellFUSServer : File Upload HandShake API failed in [2] request,

 

Cause

由于 Dell Technologies 内部的接收服务器已停用，戴尔已弃用上传 SupportAssist 收集的功能。

Resolution

如果戴尔技术支持请求 SupportAssist 收集，他们将提供有关如何手动上传报告文件的说明。
