Symptoms

DPA 버전 19.11에서 "요청 내역" 보고서를 실행할 때 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

또한 다음 항목이 나타날 수 있습니다. server.log:

Cause

이 문제는 "Request History" 플러그인과의 보안 통신 중에 사용되는 호환되지 않거나 지원되지 않는 암호 그룹 때문에 발생합니다. 이로 인해 연결이 중간에 닫히고 오류 500이 트리거됩니다.

 

Resolution

다음 해결 방법 단계를 적용할 수 있습니다.

  1. 기존 standalone.xml "install dir>\EMC\DPA\services\standalone\configuration"<의 복사본을 만들고 예를 들어 standalone_bkup.xml이라고 합니다.

  2. 원본 standalone.xml 파일을 업데이트하고 암호 목록을 다음과 같이 바꿉니다.

    enabled-cipher-suites="TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256,TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384"

  3. 다음 순서에 따라 DPA 서비스를 중지하고 시작해야 합니다.

    • 애플리케이션 서버 및 에이전트를 중지하십시오.
    • 데이터 저장소와 에이전트를 중지합니다.
    • 데이터 저장소 및 에이전트를 시작합니다.
    • 애플리케이션 서버 및 에이전트를 시작하십시오.
참고: 업데이트된 암호 그룹은 향후 릴리스에서 기본 암호 그룹이 될 예정입니다. 즉, 해결 방법을 적용해서는 안 됩니다. 릴리스 노트에서 수정 사항이 포함되어 있는지 확인합니다.
