Dell BSAFE製品チームは、Dell BSAFE Crypto-J 7.1の一般提供開始を発表します。

Crypto-J 7.1 リリースには、次の変更が含まれていますが、これらに限定されません。

  • 耐量子/耐量子計算機暗号(PQC)アルゴリズムのサポート:
    • FIPS 204で定義されているML-DSA(Module-Lattice-Based Digital Signature Algorithm)。
    • RFC 8554セクション6.3に記載されているHSS/LMS署名検証。
  • RFC 8032で定義されているEdwards-Curve Digital Signature Algorithm(EdDSA)のサポート。
  • 製品の安定性とセキュリティを強化するためのアップデート。

このリリースでは、基盤となる検証済みFIPS 140-3プロバイダーとしてDell BSAFE Crypto Module for Java 7.1が組み込まれており、この発表の時点では、NIST/CMVPモジュール イン プロセス リストで検証待ちのステータスになっています。詳細については、BSAFE暗号モジュールのFIPS 140ステータスを参照してください。
