Instructions

기본적으로 PowerProtect Data Manager는 사용 가능한 외부 VMDE를 사용하여 IA 복원을 수행합니다. 이 동작을 변경하고 기본적으로 내장된 VMDE 를 사용하려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

IA 복원을 위해 임베디드 VMDE를 구성하는 단계

  1. admin 사용자로 SSH를 통해 PowerProtect Data Manager 시스템에 연결합니다
  2. 다음 구성 파일을 편집하거나 생성합니다.
vim /usr/local/brs/lib/vmdm/config/application.properties

  1. 다음 항목을 추가합니다.

# Enable embedded VM Direct Engine for Instant Access
recovery.useEmbeddedProxyForIA=true
  1. 다시 시작할 실행 중인 VM 또는 NAS 백업이 없는 경우 VMDM(Virtual Machine Data Manager)
vmdm restart


동작 참고 사항

  • 이 매개변수가 설정되면 PowerProtect Data Manager는 IA 복원을 위해 내장 VMDE의 우선 순위를 지정합니다.
  • IA 복원 프로세스 중에 외부 보호 엔진을 선택하더라도 PowerProtect Data Manager는 이를 무시하고 내장된 엔진을 대신 사용합니다.
