根據預設，PowerProtect Data Manager 會使用可用的 外部 VMDE 來執行 IA 還原。若要更改此行為並預設使用 嵌入式 VMDE ，請執行以下步驟：

為 IA 還原設定嵌入式 VMDE 的步驟。

  1. 以「admin」使用者身分 SSH 進入 PowerProtect Data Manager 系統
  2. 編輯 或 建立 下列組態檔案：
vim /usr/local/brs/lib/vmdm/config/application.properties

  1. 新增 下列項目：

# Enable embedded VM Direct Engine for Instant Access
recovery.useEmbeddedProxyForIA=true
  1. 重新開始 在沒有 VM 或 NAS 備份執行時的虛擬機器資料管理員 （VMDM）。
vmdm restart


行為說明

  • 設定此參數後，PowerProtect Data Manager 會優先處理嵌入式 VMDE 以進行 IA 還原。
  • 即使在 IA 還原程序期間選取了外部保護引擎，PowerProtect Data Manager 也會忽略它，並改用內嵌引擎。
