Cause

Il backup viene promosso da SYNTHETIC FULLa FULL (GEN0) perché l'agent PowerProtect Data Manager non è in grado di individuare i metadati dei backup precedenti. Questo problema è stato introdotto in PowerProtect Data Manager versione 19.19 e si verifica in genere quando changelist metadata è mancante o inaccessibile.

Resolution

Per risolvere il problema:
