Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager verwijst naar de Dell PowerProtect Data Manager. Wanneer een gebruiker een IP-gebaseerde Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator probeert te onboarden bij PowerProtect Data Manager, ontvangt de gebruiker een foutmelding 400: fail to establish a connection.

Cause

Vanaf de NativeEdge v4.0.0.0 release biedt PowerProtect Data Manager geen ondersteuning meer voor de onboard IP-gebaseerde Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator.

Resolution

De tijdelijke oplossing is om een orchestrator te implementeren met behulp van een volledig gekwalificeerde domeinnaam. Raadpleeg de PowerProtect Data Manager implementatiehandleiding voor meer informatie.
