Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager — это Dell PowerProtect Data Manager. Когда пользователь пытается подключить Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator на основе IP к PowerProtect Data Manager, он получает сообщение об ошибке 400: fail to establish a connection.

Cause

Начиная с выпуска NativeEdge v4.0.0.0 PowerProtect Data Manager не поддерживает встроенный Dell Automation Platform Orchestrator на основе IP.

Resolution

Временное решение заключается в развертывании оркестратора с использованием полностью квалифицированного доменного имени. Дополнительные сведения см. в руководстве по развертыванию PowerProtect Data Manager.
