Symptoms

  • PowerProtect Data Managerは、TSDMを使用してvSphere VMを保護します。
  • 数日後、特定のESXiホストでVMバックアップが ABV0040 で失敗します。
  • バックアップ セッションのエクスポートと vmdm.log 見せる：

ESXiホスト dpd.logには、次の情報が表示されます。

Cause

この問題は、TSDMバックアップ中に発生したDD Boostバイナリ(DDOSCFD-26030)のメモリー リークが原因で発生します。

  • PowerProtectバージョン 19.20 および 19.21 には、DD Boostライブラリーが含まれています 8.3.0-0-1148040、影響を受けます。
  • この修正は、DD Boostライブラリ ー8.5.0.0-1178591 以降で導入されました。

Resolution

  • PowerProtect Data Manager 19.22.0-16、またはDD Boostライブラリー8.5.0.0以降を含む任意のリリースにアップグレードします。
