Symptoms

嘗試從 NetApp 快照建立新共用時，作業失敗，工作詳細資料中出現以下錯誤：
"Unable to send request: URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL (URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function)" 

為失敗的 NAS 工作選取 「匯出記錄」， 壓縮的記錄檔中會看到類似以下內容的記錄項目：

snapshotAndSlice.log.gz:   2025-10-13T01:09:09.505Z [TRACE_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxx;JOB_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxx;TASK_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxx]193191  (pid94) PowerProtect Data Manager error NASLib: 1760317749 10.10.10.10 StorageArrayNetApp::executeRequest Failed to execute URL: '<NAS Shre URL>' due to error 'Unable to send request: URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL (URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function).

Cause

當 PPDM 從 NetApp 快照要求其檔案系統路徑中包含特殊字元的新共用時，就會發生此問題。

Resolution

將 PPDM 升級至 19.21 版或更新版本。
