Symptoms

尝试从 NetApp 快照创建新共享时，作失败，并在作业详细信息中显示以下错误：
"Unable to send request: URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL (URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function)" 

为失败的 NAS 作业选择 “导出日志” ，可以在压缩的日志文件中看到类似于以下内容的日志条目：

snapshotAndSlice.log.gz:   2025-10-13T01:09:09.505Z [TRACE_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxx;JOB_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxx;TASK_ID:xxxxxxxxxxxx]193191  (pid94) PowerProtect Data Manager error NASLib: 1760317749 10.10.10.10 StorageArrayNetApp::executeRequest Failed to execute URL: '<NAS Shre URL>' due to error 'Unable to send request: URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL (URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function).

Cause

当 PPDM 从其文件系统路径中包含特殊字符的 NetApp 快照请求新共享时，会出现此问题。

Resolution

将 PPDM 升级到版本 19.21 或更高版本。
