Symptoms
在執行 Windows 10 的全新系統中無法自動安裝 AWCC。如果在未連接周邊裝置的情況下完成 Windows 10 的全新安裝，可能無法偵測到週邊設備。
Cause
由於 Windows 10 EOL，在 2025 年 10 月 10 日之後，您將無法透過 Windows-Update （WU） 交付或分發驅動程式套件。
Resolution
從 Dell 支援網站下載最新的 AWCC 版本
AWCC 首次安裝必須為手動安裝，且 AlienFX 裝置必須正確連接並處於使用中狀態。
對於 AWCC 已安裝在系統中的使用者，應用程式內獲取流程會觸發 AlienFX 裝置軟體元件的安裝。
如果裝置在開始 AWCC 安裝前未連線，則必須在連接周邊裝置後，使用控制台中的「修改」選項來下載遺失的套件。
