Symptoms
不会在装有 Windows 10 的干净系统中自动安装 AWCC。如果在未连接外围设备的情况下完成 Windows 10 中的全新安装，可能无法检测到外围设备。
Cause
由于 Windows 10 EOL，在 2025 年 10 月 10 日之后，无法通过 Windows-Update （WU） 交付或分发驱动程序包。
Resolution
从戴尔支持站点下载最新版本的 AWCC
系统中的 AWCC 首次安装必须是手动的，并且 AlienFX 设备需要正确连接并处于活动状态。
对于系统中已安装 AWCC 的用户，应用程序内购购流程会触发 AlienFX 设备软件组件的安装。
如果在开始安装 AWCC 之前未连接设备，则必须在连接外围设备后使用控制面板中的“Modify”选项下载缺少的软件包。
Additional Information
由于 Windows 10 于 2025 年 10 月 14 日停售，因此可升级到 Windows 11。
