Symptoms

从 4.6 升级到 4.8 后，将触发以下警报，并且不会通过确认警报来清除 

INVALID_POSTGRES_INSTANCE_ROLE

Cause

这些是来自旧的CrunchyData PGO数据库实例（postgres-ha-cmo1-*）的陈旧警报，在4.8升级期间被CloudNativePG（postgres-ha-cnpg-*）取代。

旧的 Pod 和 PVC 已消失，新的 CNPG 群集运行状况良好，但运行状况监视 configmap 仍引用旧实例，这就是警报不断重新触发的原因。 

Resolution

  1. 检查数据库运行状况状态

  3. 重新启动/删除 presentation-service pod 以刷新缓存状态
