或者，請從以下位置下載並執行 EMCReports ：
Dell Central https://central.dell.com/solutions/EMCReports1 （需要 Dell 帳戶）。
執行公用程式後，會分別在「%homepath%\GrabForWindows\outputs」或「C：\Windows\Emcreports\collection\zip」中建立.zip輸出檔案。
將.zip檔案附加至服務要求。
對於 UNIX
從以下位置下載並執行 Unix 版 Grab ：
Dell Central https://central.dell.com/solutions/GrabUnixLinux （需要 Dell 帳戶）。
執行公用程式後，會在下列位置建立.tar.gz輸出檔案：./emcgrab/outputs。將 gz 檔案附加至服務要求。
