Tämä tietämyskannan artikkeli sisältää joitakin tarkistuksia, jotka Cloud IQ SRs -tukiedustajan on tehtävä varmistaakseen, että kokoonpano on määritetty oikein ja että tiedot lähetetään oikein Dell Technologiesille:

 

  • Varmista, että Cloud IQ on käytössä sekä komentoriviliittymässä että käyttöliittymässä

From GUI: Please make sure that the check box of send data to CloudIQ is checked as below :
