このKBには、CloudIQのSRが正しく構成され、デル・テクノロジーズに正しくデータが送信されていることを確認するために、CloudIQのSRでサポート エージェントから行う必要があるいくつかのチェックが含まれています。

 

  • CLIとUIの両方から CloudIQが有効になっている ことを確認します
    CLIから: コマンドを使用して、クラウド管理が有効になっているかどうかを確認します

    一元管理

  • ESRSが正しく構成され、緑色の接続ステータスが表示されていることを確認します

  • デル・テクノロジーズのアレイがすべてお客様のインストール ベースIBに含まれていることを確認します。

  • お客様のCloud IQアカウントが、デル・テクノロジーズ側の1つのサポート認証情報と同じであることを確認します。
