Symptoms
注：この記事は、Gen 1およびGen 2のECSノードにのみ適用されます。これらのノードには、ブート パーティションを持つSATADOMドライブがあります。このドライブに障害が発生すると、ノードは再起動されても元に戻りません。

Cause
起動デバイスにアクセスできない場合は、SATADOM(起動)ディスクに問題がある可能性があります。
Resolution
xDoctorからこの問題が報告された場合は、 Dellサポート でサービス リクエストを開き、この記事を参照してください
(この場合、xDoctorの出力ごとのSATADOMディスクは /dev/sda、他の状況では、 /dev/sdb)
また、次のコマンドから出力を取得し、サービス リクエストに配置します。
Command:
# sudo /opt/emc/sbin/iSMART_64 -d /dev/sda
