Symptoms

Opmerking: Dit artikel is alleen van toepassing op Gen 1 en Gen 2 ECS knooppunten. Deze knooppunten hebben een SATADOM-schijf met de opstartpartitie. Wanneer deze schijf defect raakt, komt het knooppunt niet terug als het ooit opnieuw wordt opgestart.

Cause

Als het opstartapparaat niet toegankelijk is, heeft de SATADOM-schijf (opstartschijf) waarschijnlijk problemen.

Resolution

Als xDoctor dit probleem meldt, opent u een serviceaanvraag bij Dell Support en raadpleegt u dit artikel.
(In dit geval is de SATADOM-schijf volgens de xDoctor-uitvoer /dev/sda, in andere situaties kan het zijn /dev/sdb)

Pak ook de uitvoer van de volgende opdracht en plaats deze in de serviceaanvraag:
