观察到的问题

Azure 云配置文件身份验证失败的根本原因

身份验证问题源自 Azure 门户中的故障，该故障会影响 Data Domain 使用的存储帐户密钥。

• Azure 门户为 Blob 存储帐户生成的密钥变为无效或标记为已过期。
• 无效/过期的密钥会导致请求中的 Authorization 标头格式不正确，从而导致错误消息：

  Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.

• 此行为在 Azure 门户中被标识为故障;确切的内部触发器未知。

在 Data Domain 上重新验证 Azure 云配置文件

前提条件

• 对 Azure 门户的管理访问权限。
• 对 Data Domain 系统的管理访问权限。
• 当前的 Azure 存储帐户名称和 URL。
• 维护窗口（可选）以避免服务中断。

解决方案步骤

• 在 Azure 中重新生成存储帐户密钥
  1. 登录到 Azure 门户 。
  2. 导航到 “存储帐户 ”，然后选择受影响的帐户。
  3. 在左侧菜单中，在“安全性 + 网络 ”下选择“访问密钥”。
  4. 单击 key1 （或key2，如果愿意，）重新生成。
  5. 将新生成的密钥复制到安全位置。
• 更新 Data Domain 上的云配置文件
  1. 登录到 Data Domain System Manager。
  2. 转到 云 > Azure > 云配置文件 。
  3. 选择身份验证失败的配置文件，然后单击 编辑 。
  4. 将现有 访问密钥 值替换为从 Azure 复制的新密钥。
  5. 确认 Blob 存储 URL 正确（例如，

  1. 从 Data Domain UI 中，选择更新的 Azure 配置文件，然后单击 Test Connection 。
  2. 确保状态返回 Connected without authentication errors。

验证

• 检查云配置文件状态页面;它应显示 Connected 并显示上次成功同步时间戳。
• 查看 Data Domain 系统日志中是否有剩余的“服务器无法验证请求”消息。
• 确认以 Azure 为目标的数据复制或备份作业已完成且没有错误。
