Symptoms

无法加载 SDC 内核驱动程序。以下条件之一适用：

  • 首次尝试在主机上安装 SDC
  • 对影响或重置 BIOS 配置的节点进行的硬件更改。
  • 虚拟硬件可能具有预配置的 BIOS 选项。

 

初始模块安装：在 SDC 程序包安装尝试期间，可以在 journalctl -xe。

现有模块负载：在 Linux 主机上加载 SDC 内核模块时， scini，进入内核，显示以下错误。

insmod: ERROR: could not insert module /bin/emc/scaleio/scini.ko: Required key not available
insmod: ERROR: could not insert module /bin/emc/scaleio/scini_sync/driver_cache/RH/4.5.2000.125/5.14.0-284.11.1.el9_2.x86_64/scini.ko: Key was rejected by service

在 Linux 以外的平台上，错误消息和行为可能会有所不同。

无法安装或加载 SDC。

 

Cause

Secure Boot 选项在物理或虚拟主机的 BIOS 中已启用。

启用 BIOS Secure Boot 选项后，可防止将没有有效密钥的模块加载到内核中。

 

Resolution

在 BIOS 中禁用“Secure Boot”选项。

物理硬件：
