「VxRail：CIMエージェントとwbemが無効になっているため、ノードが物理ページに表示されない

Summary: VMK1インターフェイスを削除すると、VxRailノードがページに表示されなくなることがあります。これは、Common Information Model (CIM) エージェントが無効になっていることと、プロバイダーをブロックする非アクティブな WBEM サービスが原因である可能性があります。

Symptoms

ノードが物理ページ ビューに表示されない(VMK1が自動的に表示されない)。

Cause

CIM エージェントはノードで無効になっています。
 

Resolution

  1. 次のことを確認します。 wbem が有効になっている場合: esxcli system wbem get
  2. 「Fusion」 wbem が無効になっている場合は、次のコマンドで有効にします。 esxcli system wbem set enable true
  3. すべての wbem プロバイダーが読み込まれます。 localcli system wbem provider list 
    [root@node1:] localcli system wbem provider list

  4. もしあれば wbem プロバイダーがロードされていません。有効にします CIM エージェント (sfcbd-watchdog & wsman)を使用して、以下のコマンドを使用します。 
    [root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig sfcbd-watchdog
sfcbd-watchdog          off
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig sfcbd-watchdog on
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog status
sfcbd is not running
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog start
sfcbd-init: Getting Exclusive access, please wait...
sfcbd-init: Exclusive access granted.
sfcbd-init: Request to start sfcbd-watchdog, pid 2111224
sfcbd-config[2111234]: Configuration not changed, already enabled
sfcbd-init: starting sfcbd
sfcbd-init: Waiting for sfcb to start up.
sfcbd-init: Program started normally.
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog status

[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/wsman status
openwsmand is not running
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/wsman start
openwsmand: Getting Exclusive access, please wait...
openwsmand: Exclusive access granted.
openwsmand: Starting openwsmand
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/wsman status
openwsmand is running
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig wsman
wsman                   off
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig wsman on
  5. vmk1がノードに作成されていることを確認します。
  6. 物理ページを確認し、ノードが正常であることを確認します。
