VxRail: Node mangler fra fysisk side på grunn av deaktiverte CIM-agenter og Wbem

Symptoms

Noden mangler i den fysiske sidevisningen (VMK1 forsvinner automatisk).

Cause

CIM Agenter er deaktivert på noden.
 

Resolution

  1. Sørg for at wbem er aktivert: esxcli system wbem get
  2. Hvis wbem er deaktivert, aktiver den med kommandoen: esxcli system wbem set enable true
  3. Sjekk om alle wbem Leverandører er lastet: localcli system wbem provider list 
    [root@node1:] localcli system wbem provider list

  4. Hvis noen wbem Leverandører er ikke lastet inn, aktiver CIM agenter (sfcbd-watchdog og wsman) ved hjelp av kommandoene nedenfor. 
    [root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig sfcbd-watchdog
sfcbd-watchdog          off
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig sfcbd-watchdog on
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog status
sfcbd is not running
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog start

  5. Kontroller at vmk1 er opprettet på noden nå.
  6. Sjekk den fysiske siden, og noden er i orden.
