VxRail: Nod saknas på den fysiska sidan på grund av inaktiverade CIM-agenter och WBEM

Symptoms

Nod saknas i den fysiska sidvyn (VMK1 försvinner automatiskt).

Cause

CIM Agenter är inaktiverade på noden.
 

Resolution

  1. Se till att wbem är aktiverat: esxcli system wbem get
  2. Om wbem är inaktiverat, aktivera det med kommandot: esxcli system wbem set enable true
  3. Kontrollera om alla wbem Providers läses in: localcli system wbem provider list

  4. Om någon wbem leverantörer inte har lästs in, aktivera CIM ombud (sfcbd-watchdog & wsman) med hjälp av kommandona nedan. 
    [root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig sfcbd-watchdog
sfcbd-watchdog          off
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] chkconfig sfcbd-watchdog on
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog status
sfcbd is not running
[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog start
sfcbd-init: Getting Exclusive access, please wait...
sfcbd-init: Exclusive access granted.
sfcbd-init: Request to start sfcbd-watchdog, pid 2111224

[root@vxrail-zone2-node-03:/opt/dell/srvadmin/iSM/bin] /etc/init.d/wsman start

  5. Kontrollera att vmk1 har skapats på noden nu.
  6. Kontrollera den fysiska sidan och noden är felfri.
