Symptoms

Podczas ponownego uruchamiania węzła w konsoli jest wyświetlany trying to mount RASR. Po próbie odnalezienia RASR wolumenów pięć razy, proces uaktualnienia powoduje wyrzucenie użytkownika do VxRail RASR menu.

Zamknięcie tego menu powoduje przejście do pętli, która prowadzi z powrotem do VxRail RASR menu (gdzie możesz wybrać reset/rasr/quit menu).

Cause

Sekwencje rozruchu w ustawieniach systemu BIOS są ustawione nieprawidłowo. W kolejności rozruchu nie ma atrybutu Satadom/BOSS Moduł wymieniony jako podstawowe urządzenie rozruchowe.

Resolution

Sprawdź opcję rozruchu:

  1. Uruchom ponownie węzeł.
  2. Naciśnij F2 podczas testu POST (Power On Self-test), aby przejść do programu konfiguracji systemu
  3. Wprowadź hasło: emcbios.
  4. Wybierz opcję System BIOS.
  5. W menu System BIOS Settings wybierz opcję Boot Settings.
  6. Wybierz ustawienie rozruchu systemu BIOS.
  7. Wybierz opcję Hard-Disk Drive Sequence.
  8. W oknie Change Order użyj przycisku " + " (i), aby ustawić Embedded SATA Port DiskD: SATADOM jako najwyższy wybór i kliknij przycisk OK.


Upewnij się, że zaznaczone są następujące dwa pola:

Check: Integrated NIC 1 Port 1 Partition 1: IBA XE Slot 0100 v2364

Zmień kolejność sekwencji rozruchu w systemie BIOS:

1) Embedded Sata Port Disk J: SATADOM-ML 3SE (or BOSS)
2) Integrated Storage Controller 1: #0300 IDOA LUNO TOSHIBA PX05SMB040Y
3) Internal SD: IDSDM
