Symptoms
Configurazione di due server NTP su un array DELL EMC Unity.
Impossibile aggiungere due server NTP su DELL EMC Unity.
Quando si aggiunge un secondo server NTP, l'amministratore Unity riceve il seguente errore:
"I server NTP non possono essere utilizzati perché non sono sincronizzati. Sincronizzare i server NTP e riprovare. (Codice errore: 0x6000841)"
Impossibile aggiungere due server NTP su DELL EMC Unity.
Quando si aggiunge un secondo server NTP, l'amministratore Unity riceve il seguente errore:
"I server NTP non possono essere utilizzati perché non sono sincronizzati. Sincronizzare i server NTP e riprovare. (Codice errore: 0x6000841)"
Cause
La differenza di orario tra i due server NTP è superiore a 1 secondo.
Resolution
Unity Administrator deve controllare la sincronizzazione tra i due server NTP assicurandosi che la differenza di orario massima tra i due server NTP sia inferiore a 1.000 millisecondi (1 secondo).
