Symptoms
Twee NTP-servers configureren op een DELL EMC Unity array.
Kan geen twee NTP-servers toevoegen aan de DELL EMC Unity.
Bij het toevoegen van een tweede NTP-server ontvangt de Unity-beheerder de onderstaande foutmelding:
"De NTP-servers kunnen niet worden gebruikt omdat ze niet zijn gesynchroniseerd. Synchroniseer uw NTP-servers en probeer het opnieuw. (Foutcode: 0x6000841)"
Kan geen twee NTP-servers toevoegen aan de DELL EMC Unity.
Bij het toevoegen van een tweede NTP-server ontvangt de Unity-beheerder de onderstaande foutmelding:
"De NTP-servers kunnen niet worden gebruikt omdat ze niet zijn gesynchroniseerd. Synchroniseer uw NTP-servers en probeer het opnieuw. (Foutcode: 0x6000841)"
Cause
Het tijdsverschil tussen de twee NTP-servers was meer dan 1 seconde.
Resolution
De Unity-beheerder moet de synchronisatie tussen de twee NTP-servers controleren om ervoor te zorgen dat het maximale tijdsverschil tussen de twee NTP-servers minder is dan 1000 milliseconden (1 seconde).
