Symptoms
Quando si utilizza ipmitool con un array Unity, non è possibile avviare una connessione SOL (Serial Over Lan).
Messaggio di errore:
Error activating SOL payload: Unspecified error
Cause
Ciò si verifica quando la vecchia sessione ipmi diventa obsoleta.
Resolution
Per risolvere questo problema, eseguire il comando sol deactivate . Ad esempio:
ipmitool.exe -I lanplus -C 3 -U console -P APM00xxxxxx -H 128.221.1.252 sol deactivate
Per avviare una nuova sessione, usare il comando sol activate . Ad esempio:
ipmitool.exe -I lanplus -C 3 -U console -P APM00xxxxxx -H 128.221.1.252 sol activate
