Dell EMC Unity: NAS Server Owner can't be changed from GUI (User Correctable)

Symptoms
After customer upgrade from Unity 4.1 code to 4.2 code, NAS server owner change is not available from GUI.
Cause
Under investigation by DELL EMC Engineering
Resolution
Clearing browser cookies to and refreshing Unisphere solved this issue.
