Symptoms

Cause

出于某种原因，vmnic0 上的双工和速度已重置为半双工并自动协商。 

当系统启动时，Scaleio 尝试通过此 NIC 驱动 I/O，但由于 Scaleio 尝试使用全双工和 10000 速度，它一直失败。

这导致 Cisco 交换机关闭端口 vmnic0 处于打开状态，因为交换机认为端口因网络错误而摆动。

Resolution

1） 在 vmnic 端口上设置正确的设置，在本例中为全双工和 10000 速度。

2） 弹跳 Cisco 交换机上的端口：

Putty 到拥有必须退回的端口的 Cisco 交换机。
