Symptoms

特定のユーザーがNMCからNetWorkerリソースにアクセスすると、XDRエラーが発生する

エラーは次のように表示されます。

nsrmmdbd RPC critical Unable to decode XDR stream from client xxxxx
ここで、xxxxxはNMCサーバーです。

Cause

NMCサーバー クライアント インスタンスはNetWorkerでは作成されません。

Resolution

次の手順で作業を行います。
  1. NetWorkerサーバーでNMCのクライアント インスタンスを作成します。
  2. NMC UIで、NWサーバーのクライアント プロパティを右クリックします。リモート アクセスフィールドに、NMCホスト名xxxxxを入力します。
  3. NMC UIで、NMCのクライアント プロパティを右クリックします。Remote accessフィールドに、NWサーバーのホスト名を入力します。
