Symptoms

當特定使用者從 NMC 存取 NetWorker 資源時，發生 XDR 錯誤。

錯誤顯示如下所示：

nsrmmdbd RPC critical Unable to decode XDR stream from client xxxxx
其中 xxxxx 是 NMC 伺服器。

Cause

NetWorker 中不會建立 NMC 伺服器用戶端例項。

Resolution

請遵循這些步驟：
  1. 在 NetWorker 伺服器中建立 NMC 的用戶端例項。
  2. 在 NMC UI 中，以滑鼠右鍵按一下 NW 伺服器的用戶端內容。在 遠端存取 欄位中，輸入 NMC 主機名稱xxxxx。
  3. 在 NMC UI 中，以滑鼠右鍵按一下 NMC的用戶端屬性。在 遠端存取 欄位中，輸入 NW 伺服器主機名稱。
