Data Domain: DD9800 - La tensione è difettosa - Avviso
Summary: Data Domain DD9800 Revision2 - Avviso di risoluzione dei problemi: Errore dello storage processor (SP): la tensione è difettosa.
Symptoms
A causa di una voce bitmap sovrapposta, DD9800 revisione 2 potrebbe indicare un SP per "Voltage is Faulty", quando il vero problema è un EIRR esterno della CPU.
Quando entrambi gli eventi (CPU External IERR e "Voltage is faulty") si verificano contemporaneamente, è possibile ignorare l'avviso di tensione e concentrarsi sul motivo per cui la CPU ha riscontrato un IERR della CPU. Cause
Questo problema si verifica nelle versioni DDOS 5.7, 6.0 e 6.1
La root cause è che il bitmap di guasto dell'SP è sovrapposto, quindi quando si verifica un evento IERR, il messaggio di avvertenza viene visualizzato erroneamente "voltage is faulty"
