Data Domain：DD9800 - 电压出现故障 - 警报

由于重叠的位图条目，DD9800 修订版 2 可能会以“电压出现故障”为由起诉 SP，而实际问题是 CPU 外部 IERR。

此问题出现在 DDOS 版本 5.7、6.0 和 6.1 中

根本原因是 SP 故障位图重叠，因此当发生 IERR 事件时，警告消息错误地显示“电压出现故障”
